Are you not able to Redeem your voucher?

If you're unable to redeem your Takealot Gift Voucher on Mr D, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• Voucher has expired - Check the expiry date on your voucher.
• Invalid voucher code - Double-check if the 20 digit code was entered correctly.
• Voucher already used on Takealot - Note that gift vouchers can only be redeemed fully on Mr D or on Takealot.
