I ordered and my order was late i tried sending texts to driver the was no respond at all my food was cold and the driver tell me the he was struggling with scooter but when i was monitoring it was moving bad service i got
My driver never phoned,knocked or hooted at my house and just reported that no one was at home.Although I was refunded, I now must pay a delivery fee and place a new order again.This is unacceptable behavior.
And where is this thumbs down that we are suppose to press if it never appears anywhere?
