- Appliances need to be returned to the PnP that it was ordered from.
- Damaged Items: 7 days to report and return.
- Changed Your Mind: 14 days if unused, resalable condition, and original packaging.
- Defective/Faulty: 6 months from purchase, may require technical assessment.
- Resolution takes up to 10 business days after PnP receives the item.
- Kindly include images of the item and barcode when logging your query.
- Find your invoice in your Mr D order confirmation email or the Mr D App.
