Not happy with your PnP order? Log a query for returns (damaged, incorrect, poor quality, or change of mind).
Please ensure that you return to the same PnP store with your Mr D invoice (email or app).
PnP Return Conditions:
- 7 days: Report/return damaged items; fresh items for quality issues.
- 14 days: Non‑perishables if unused, resalable, in original packaging; electronics/appliances need original box.
- 6 months: Manufacturing defects (may need assessment; allow up to 10 business days after PnP receives items).
- Frozen products: Up to 3 months for quality issues.
- Baby products: Must be unopened and have at least 3 months remaining until the expiry date.
When logging a query: Include photos of items, barcodes, and expiry dates.
