I didn't receive my order
Your services are pathetic. I've sent complaints yet never received my funds. Placed a second order and afraid it might be unsuccessful again as no correspondence from your side has been made.
PATHETIC!!!
I ordered at 8.52pm last night, it took you a damn hour to then let me know that my order amount has been credited. I am so frustrated with this pathetic service, I had guests waiting to eat!!! You didn't have the audacity to contact me sooner and order from a different restaurant, but you were quick to take my damn money!!! Now I'm stuck with a credit, but I don't want to use your service again, this is ridiculous and unprofessional.
Why could the store not reject my order sooner like the previous branch did? I also do not see the credit reflecting in my wallet.
